We currently employ fewer than 80 people within a flat management structure. We plan to keep it that way.

At the same time, we're backed by the UK's largest pension scheme, BTPS. The trust and support of BTPS has been crucial to our progress since 1997. We can respond rapidly to opportunities as they arise and make decisions (big and small) quickly.

Our management team have been working together for over 10 years. Our experience includes surviving a major property crash and acquiring and managing a large and diverse commercial property portfolio.

Since 1997, we have focused on development. Our London, Birmingham and Manchester teams have in-house skills in planning, design, architecture, law, finance, surveying, estate and asset management, marketing, engineering and construction.

We manage our projects in-house and have hands-on experience of solving problems, finding consensus and delivering projects.

Our experience also includes joint ventures with Warburg Pincus, Citibank, BTPS, Hermes, Prudential, Miller Group, Railtrack, Elmbridge Housing Trust, Birmingham City Council, Manchester City Council, the Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive, London and Continental Railways (LCR) and Exel (now DHL Logistics).
