Roger had held senior positions with a national contractor and at an innovative commercial developer before the age of 26 when he met Michael and Peter Freeman in 1986. For the next ten years he took responsibility for delivering all Argent's developments. Since 1998 he has been Chief Executive. He creates teams, leading by example in a work hard/play hard culture, where trust, respect, reward, mutual support and mutual criticism override formality and sustain enthusiasm. He also has a passion for self-propelled speed!
