Since 1993, Argent has developed almost half the new office space in Birmingham. To have done that successfully we needed a permanent office there and someone local to lead it. A life-long 'Baggies' supporter, with a first in Civil Engineering and six years' experience with Arup including time in Hong Kong, Gary was the man.
He knows every brick and column at Brindleyplace and, through running The Brindleyplace Limited Partnership, he has made it Argent's business to know every tenant and to make the place a model for urban estate management.
