A Cambridge engineer with a Masters from Imperial College in Computational Fluid Dynamics and Structures may sound a bit rarefied for a developer. But, André is also a practical operator. Aged 26, he took time off from Arup to lead the contracting team that procured, constructed and operated the evacuation pier, later the new port facility, on Montserrat, with the volcano erupting! All André's skills will be required to model the phasing, financing and infrastructure and help deliver the 50 buildings at King's Cross. André is a seasoned competitor at Cowes.
