We are keen to work with occupiers who want lower energy, greener buildings. We think about the local sourcing and manufacture of construction materials and embodied energy. All of our developments have a BREEAM rating of 'very good' or better.
We have switched our own premises to a 'green' electricity tariff and actively encourage those who want to run or cycle to work or use public transport. Our offices include somewhere to put your bike, change, store your kit and have a shower (we also provide batteries for bike lights). For business travel, we encourage our staff to use and work on the train. Like most people, we recycle our cans, bottles and paper.
