Argent’s latest project in Manchester is the redevelopment of Elisabeth House on St Peter’s Square.

Set amongst the City’s most stunning civic architecture, the new Elisabeth House will unlock further regeneration opportunities around one of Manchester’s most important public spaces.

Argent has formed a 50/50 joint venture partnership with the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund. The building is being designed by Glenn Howells Architects and will incorporate a mix of uses at ground floor.
